Nicolas Renon

Nicolas Renon is the EVP and Regional Manager Asia Pacific for DNV GL – Energy. In his current role, Nicolas is driving the development of the APAC team and the value propositions to customers and stakeholders of the Power & Renewables ecosystem. Nicolas has over 20 years of experience in multiple industries and the global energy space. His experience spans across the energy value chain, including development and growth projects in the renewable energy and smart energy sector (smart grids, storage, demand management, etc.). Prior to DNV GL, Nicolas was Chief Operating Officer and Partner at a Singapore-based solar independent power producer that builds, owns and operates roof-top PV systems via corporate PPA for commercial & industrial customers. In this role he oversaw the entire project delivery value chain, from growth strategy, project development and financing, to operations and asset management. Nicolas attended the MINES ParisTech, one of the ‘Grand Ecole’ in France, and gained a M.sc in Engineering and Sciences.
