Minghui has more than 10 years of experience in the wind and solar industry, where he has worked on numerous renewable energy projects in the Asia Pacific region. In DNV GL Taiwan, he heads the renewables advisory section and primarily focuses on early project feasibility studies, energy assessments, meteorological monitoring campaigns & project management services. Minghui has worked on various wind and solar projects as project manager for pre-construction owner’s engineer services, as well as technical advisory services for third party securitization of solar assets. He is familiar with the contract terms and financial assumptions used in wind and solar projects today. He is also experienced in the reviewing of contracts and financial models for wind and solar assets, totalling more than 3GW of projects globally. Prior to joining DNV GL, he was responsible for analysing wind sites as well as conducting detailed feasibility studies at Siemens. Minghui has also completed the Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) course which focuses on energy management, energy efficiency, procurement, finance and economics used in energy projects.
