This practice spans the company’s extensive retail and wholesale market strategy, market intelligence, and regulatory policy support for clients throughout the energy value chain. Prior to DNV GL, Jeff served as Market Strategy leader at PJM Interconnection, and was an executive and one of the original employees that built New Energy Ventures (now Constellation Energy).
