Mr. Pettit’s recent experience also includes overall project management and direction of a National Evaluation of the U.S. Department of Energy’s State Energy Program, evaluating efficiency programs in Virginia including voltage conservation, residential and commercial peak pricing, demand response, and electric vehicle charging rate programs.
